Content Liability

All content you provide to LAZ Creative Media, whether written, visual, or verbal, remains your property. However, by submitting content to us in connection with any service — such as photo shoot details, creative direction, or likeness — you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content for the purpose of fulfilling the services you have requested. We take no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or quality of client-submitted materials. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party. If we capture photo or video content as part of a paid service, you may request that such content not be used in promotional material, and we will honor that request unless explicit prior permission has been granted.
